And last year, one of those conversations reminded us what gifting is really about.
A high school principal visiting from Chicago stopped by our booth. She wasn't shopping for herself. She was looking for something special for the teachers and staff at her school.
She ultimately purchased around 30 Silked gifts to take back to Chicago.
It wasn't a massive corporate order.
It wasn't a national campaign.
It was one person wanting approximately 30 other people to know:

And in many ways, that little interaction represents exactly what we've learned after years of working in gifting.
