Let's Travel
A Journey We'll Never Forget
Some trips are measured by the places you visit.
Others are measured by the memories you bring home.
Our week in Waikiki was a little of both.

From sunrise hikes overlooking Honolulu to unforgettable dinners by the ocean, every day reminded us why travel has the power to slow us down, reconnect us with the people we love, and create moments that stay with us long after we've unpacked our suitcases.
Our Home for the Week

There's something special about checking into a hotel where you instantly know you're going to make memories.
The Hilton Hawaiian Village became our home base for the week. Mornings began with coffee overlooking the Pacific, afternoons were filled with adventure, and evenings ended with the sound of the waves rolling onto Waikiki Beach.
One of our favorite travel rituals happens before we even unpack.
The first thing out of our suitcase isn't our clothes.
It's our Silked Pillow Sleeve.
No matter where we're staying, it transforms every hotel pillow into a familiar place to rest after a day of exploring.
Swimming with Sea Turtles
📍 Turtle Canyon
with Honolulu Snorkel Company
Few experiences compare to floating above crystal-clear Hawaiian water while green sea turtles glide effortlessly beneath you.
Turtle Canyon wasn't just beautiful.
It was peaceful.
The kind of experience that reminds you to slow down and simply appreciate where you are.
Sometimes the best memories don't need words.
A Lunch We'll Never Forget
Travel is as much about food as it is about the destination.
Monkeypod Kitchen quickly became one of our favorite stops.
Fresh seared ahi tuna.
Ocean views.
One of the best Mai Tais we've ever had.
It's the kind of place where lunch quietly turns into an afternoon because no one wants to leave.
Learning from a Legend
We finally did something we'd always wanted to try.
Surfing.
Our instructor, Ray, has been surfing Hawaiian waves for more than 56 years.
His love for the ocean was contagious, and by the end of the lesson we weren't just learning how to stand on a board.
We were learning why generations have fallen in love with Hawaii's coastline.
A Drive Worth Taking
If you're visiting Oahu, rent a car.
Leave Waikiki behind for a day and explore the island.
The drive itself is part of the experience.
Hidden beaches.
Food trucks.
Small towns.
Endless coastline.
One of our favorite stops was Waimea Falls, where a short walk through lush tropical gardens leads to one of Hawaii's most beautiful waterfalls.
Sometimes the road less traveled really is worth it.
Dinner at Sunset
📍 House Without a Key
Halekulani Hotel
Some restaurants become part of the memory.
Watching the sunset over the Pacific while enjoying dinner at House Without a Key was one of those moments.
Live Hawaiian music and luau vibes drifted through the evening air as the sky turned shades of orange, pink, and deep blue.
There are sunsets you photograph.
Then there are sunsets you simply sit back and enjoy.
This was the second kind.
A Local Favorite
Just a short walk from our hotel was one of the freshest meals we had all week.
Fresh poke bowls.
Organic ingredients.
House-made strawberry lemonade.
Simple.
Local.
Absolutely delicious.
Sometimes the smallest restaurants become the biggest surprises.
Above Honolulu
Every destination has one experience you simply can't miss.
For us, it was hiking Diamond Head.
The climb is short enough for most travelers but rewarding enough to leave you speechless.
Standing at the top, overlooking Waikiki, the Pacific Ocean, and the city below, it's easy to understand why millions of visitors return to Hawaii year after year.
The view reminds you just how beautiful our world really is.
Our Travel Ritual
Every trip has its traditions.
For some people, it's finding the perfect cup of coffee.
For others, it's collecting postcards.
For us...
It's making every hotel room feel a little more like home.
Before the clothes are unpacked.
Before dinner reservations.
Before tomorrow's adventure.
Our Silked Pillow Sleeve goes on the pillow and our restful restorative eye mask on the night side table.
It's the small ritual that makes every journey just a little more comfortable.
Because travel isn't just about where you go.
It's about how you feel while you're there.
