Back on December 9th, 2020 our team got an email request for a "Brand Partnership Opportunity" it was from the Production Execs at Page Fifty-Four Pictures, who are the Producers behind Book Club, Poms, Chemical Hearts and The Glorias.
They were beginning prep for their next independent film, starring Diane Keaton and Elizabeth Lail and wanted to talk to our team about using our products in their film. They were hoping to use their unique platform to promote businesses that share the same values. In particular, they wanted to make every effort to promote local female-run businesses, which was so amazing to us at Silked.
Of course we said YES and shipped out product. Then in early 2021 the team contacted us yet again and asked us if we would consider being a booth in a scene for their outdoor Maire Claire yoga retreat where Dianne Keaton would be an influencer and again of course we said YES!
Excited about the opportunity our team packed up our cars on May 25th 2021 and headed out to the location at Santa Monica Beach. Since then we have waited patiently for the official launched date which turned out to be August 12th, 2022.
